Special Orders

Most items on our site are listed as special orders. If the item you ordered is a special order, upon the order for your specific hide being placed with the manufacturer, you credit card will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit. The reason for this is that the item is being custom-made to your specification and once the order is placed with the manufacturer for your hide, we are unable to cancel it and therefore, must take delivery, even if you cancel the order with us.

Returns & Refunds

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Almost every item on our site is custom-made for you and therefore we cannot expect returns unless the item is defective. If you find that the item you ordered is defective in any way and contact us via telephone or e-mail within fourteen (14) days from the shipping date listed on your invoice we will replace the item for you at no charge. Contact us via our contact page and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please insure your return, and include a copy of your Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be unused and unaltered.
